As she starts the proceedings someone tries to kidnap Jace and is only foiled by the quick action of a by-stander. That stranger turns out to be under-cover DEA Agent Devon Dunbar. Working together they uncover secrets that someone doesn’t want exposed. With danger all around Devon vows to protect Kelsey with his own life if he has to. In true Susan-Sleeman-style the story starts out with a bang and keeps you on the edge of your seat until the finish. I loved the plot twists and how all the characters were there for each other with no questions asked. I can’t wait for next installment!!!
