The plot thickens when he is found dead. Rick doesn’t believe it was an accident. As he and Heather dig deeper, their lives are threatened. Someone doesn’t want their secrets exposed and they will stop at nothing to keep them buried. This book was intense. Just when you thought you had it figured out there would be a plot twist! I was kept guessing who the bad guy was until the end. I loved how Rick stuck to his values and his old-fashioned charm. The mixture of suspense and romance was perfect.
