Cold Light of Day by Elizabeth Goddard is the first book in her Missing in Alaska series. Police Chief Autumn Long is determined to keep her small Alaska town safe. When that safety is threatened she has no alternative but to turn to Grier Brenner, a relative new-comer. Together they face opposition from all sides. The question is will they survive long enough to find the answers. This was a great beginning to a new series! The action was non-stop. The scenery descriptions were so descriptive that I could picture myself back in the region. I can’t wait for the next installment!
