Stand by Kristina Hall is the second book in her Science Falsely So-Called series. When Doctor Derek Walker announces that evolution is a lie and that God is the creator of all, he puts himself and Cassie Randall in danger from Dr. Green. With their lives at stake will they change their testimony or “stand” on God’s Word? Trust has never been easy for Derek or Cassie; now, he must trust in a God that he previously denied existed. Will they be able to stand against the wiles of Satan or will their fear overcome them? This story never really did anything for me. It was one fight after another. The whole thing seemed over-the-top, too much. The action would have been fine if this had been a drama/crime story but it just seemed way too much just because someone stopped believing in evolution.
