The Kingdom vs. John Reid by Dillon Lunn is his debut novel. The new government uses the Bible as the law, where common sins can be punishable by death. John Reid has always thought of himself as a good person. He finds himself on trial, his past scrutinized and hid inner turmoil exposed. His lawyer is his only hope. Will he be able to sway the jury or will the Bible condemn him to a death sentence? The story grabbed me and pulled me in right from the beginning. Written in th

Now, he’s back with an infant son and needing a nanny. Natalie has spent all her savings helping her parents and she just lost her job. Working for Jeremy is her only option. Will old feelings re-surface or is Natalie’s hate of Jeremy too strong? This story started out with such promise but it didn’t
All In by L.K. Simonds is her very first published novel. According to the back blurb on the book Cami Taylor’s boyfriend loves her in spite of her flaws. He wants to marry her but she has other ideas. Breaking off the relationship she goes on a quest for happiness. I never finished the book. I only got to page 55. Where do you start with a story like this one? I loved the characters.

Research scientist Caitlyn Lindsey doesn’t believe that the deaths of her co-workers were accidents or random. She thinks that they knew something and were killed for as a result. The only person she can trust with her suspicions is Detective Josh Solomon, one of the victim’s husband. Together they uncover
